The Acquirer is KV Asia - a private equity focused on investment in SE Asia - Delisting/privatisation of SGX listed ConscienceFood Holdings Ltd by way of voluntary delisting for S$60 million (announced), followed by advising on new investment by a Singapore based fund in the company - Divestment of founders'​ shares in SGX listed Epicentre Holding Limited and subsequent divestment of Epicentre's Singapore business - Advising on divestment of education business to a Japanese investor Our key strengths are: - Strong M&A experience in sellside, buyside, fundraising, pre-IPO etc - Practical experience in public company takeover structures as Mandatory General Offer (MGO), Voluntary General Offer ("VGO"​), Scheme of Arrangement, Sale of Asset as well as delisting under Chapter XIII of the SGX Rulebook. - Advising companies for listing on the SGX via Reverse Takeover ("RTO"​) transactions - Advising companies for listing on the HKEx for both mainboard and GEM boards.
