The clinic was founded by Dr David Chan who has dedicated his career solely to Eye Surgery. We are the only ReLEX®SMILE Centre in Singapore that is independently owned and exclusively operated by eye specialists. Atlas Eye is also one of few medical centres that has all 3 generations of refractive surgery (also known as LASIK in general). We're a one-surgeon centre, therefore our equipments are optimised to Dr Chan's preference, ensuring highly accurate results for all our patients.
