CASAM’s leadership team has a combined 30 years of experience across over 20 markets in Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Markets worked in include Australia, China, India, South East Asia and United Arab Emirates. In addition, we have experience with the Top 5 global hotel chains: Accor, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG and Starwood. Our roles in these groups covered senior management positions across all the key functions: Operations, Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management & Distribution, Feasibility & Investment Analysis, and Development Finance & Strategy Planning. We have been responsible for managing Budget and P&L, as well as performance enhancement through complete benchmarking, including best practices and lessons learnt. Our expansive experience covers all property types, ranging from managed and franchised, to joint-ventures, leased and owned assets.
