Menus are composed of 5 lunches and 5 dinners, one for every weekday. Out of these 10 meals, customers can choose to receive lunches or dinners or both, for 3 or 5 days. The menus are updated every week, mixing recurring recipes with new ones. Each meal is packaged individually and labelled with nutritional information and a list of ingredients.
