Our journey took a complete turn after a visit to one of the largest industry trade show, which was followed by a restructuring of our core business. Foodfolks took a step forward into the retail food scene with two distinct food concepts; Pastryden, a dessert table and party styling service provider; and Birdfolks, a casual dining eatery focusing on fried chicken and specialty rice.
