Our technology is the culmination of a flagship effort at multiple world-renowned institutions. targetSCAPE, our signature mass cytometry assay, utilizes proprietary HLA-tetramer innovations, which expand the number of screenable epitopes into the hundreds, enabling deep ex vivo immune profiling of heterogeneous antigen-specific T cell responses on a single-cell level, and informing on other rare key immune cell players. For limited volumes of precious samples, our ultraSCAPE assay provides a broad overview of immune cell populations and simultaneously profiles 120 markers on up to 4 diverse immune cell subsets. For antigen-specific T cell subset tracking, ultraSCAPE can be combined with targetSCAPE. Lastly, CYTOGRAPHER, our cloud-based bioinformatics platform was specially designed for expert analytical modelling and immunological interpretation of data generated from our assays.
