Quartz Initiative is a training company that harnesses the power of technology platforms to inspire, connect and enable youth to be trisector leaders. We are building a blended learning system to help educators develop leaders for the Public-Private-Social sectors through customised training workshops, observed evaluation and an online analytics app. With our flagship programme 'Metamorphism'​, we take current and potential leaders and develop them as a change maker, then immerse them into a social context where they experience first-hand the lives of both caregivers and beneficiaries. This leads to a phase of action based off human-centered design and the entrepreneurial need to solve problems, finally culminating in an event that will make a difference to the sector of the leaders'​ choice. Supporting our flagship programme are evaluation events that are organised to assess leaders in their element, and an online platform that empowers educators with the data and information to be aware of their students'​ leadership capability and development.
