The traditional Chongqing hotpot that has made its way to Singapore offers several specialty broths such as the Mingjiao Chongqing Mala Beef oil, Wutang Mushroom Broth, Beggar Sect Sichuan Mala Broth, Ermei Beauty Collagen Broth, and Shaolin Tomato Broth. Through various exquisite research and survey, these broths are specially made to better suit the taste buds of Singaporeans, without compromising the traditional recipe of hotpot from China. Apart from the specialty broth, our restaurant also offers cooked foods such as the Spicy Chicken, Heroes Fried Rice, and Heroes Soft-Shell Crab, duly prepared by our highly experienced chef. The founder of Hotpot Heroes also owns the “Eel Hotpot” restaurant in China, with more than 200 outlets and a large-scale factory with an annual output of 4,000 tons which totals up to an area of 15,000 square meters for manufacturing their soup base, sauces, and other seasonings.
