We are also a team with immense practical knowledge in the field of human psychology who see our team diversity as an asset for our practice. Our Counsellors have experience working with both local and expat community in Singapore. We adopt an integrative and holistic approach incorporating Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, EMDR, Hypnotherapy, and Transactional Analysis to mention just a few approaches in our work.
