Tjaara’s customers, or Channel Partners, are businesses or individuals who want to monetize their relationships with the End-Users. The End-Users are small and medium-sized wholesalers who cannot get economies-of-scale prices due to their small order volumes, unable to communicate in Mandarin and unable to negotiate effectively with manufacturers, especially those in China. Tjaara’s Channel Partners, create the sales opportunities by identifying the needs of the End-Users. Using a group buy concept, Tjaara will aggregate the demand from other End-Users and present a large consolidated order to their pre-qualified manufacturers. Tjaara essentially acts as a global purchaser to the numerous, unaligned wholesalers and businesses in the market. It negotiates, does quality control checks from factory to port and even acts as an escrow service to manage the tricky buying process between Chinese manufacturers and overseas companies.
